1. Controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of Devicero (domains devicero.cz and devicero.com), e-mail: support@devicero.com.

2. Data we process

Enquiry form data (name, e-mail, message, product).
E-mail address for newsletter signup.
Technical and analytics visit data (pages, language, device) when you consent to analytics cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Handling enquiries / communication — contract performance / legitimate interest.
Newsletter — consent.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — consent (Consent Mode v2).

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for site operation and optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 / GA4, measurement ID G-DWHHE3TDV7). The GA4 script and analytics cookies load and send data only after your consent; if you reject, GA4 is not loaded and no analytics events are sent. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. Embedded videos (YouTube)

Blog article bodies may include YouTube embeds (including youtube-nocookie.com). With analytics consent we may measure playback via the YouTube IFrame API (start, progress, complete). Playing an embed may still contact Google/YouTube servers under their terms.

6. Recipients

Service providers: hosting, e-mail delivery (Resend), and Google (Analytics / YouTube) when consent is granted or an embed is used. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and protect legal claims. Newsletter consent until withdrawn. Analytics data per Google Analytics settings / your consent.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
